A Disasterette

Designing villains for a friend's Sailor Moon fanfic. This one is called Richter. She has less of the Big Bad's henchman and more of a monster of the week vibe than intended. Probably because of the green skin. Richter is a part of a group of five sisters called the Disasterettes that serve the villain of the fic. Richter was crafted via magic from the rubble of an earthquake. She attacks via hitting the ground, causing minor earthquakes (or just simply punching you in the face if you get close enough. ) She is the most aggressive one of the Disasterettes, seeming absolutely psycho at times. The fact that she has no care for self-preservation during a fight is both her greatest strength and weakness.
